Shipping Policy

All orders are preorders and ship once produced. Carriers are still overrun and we are still working within COVID-19 restrictions with limited staff, so please expect a delay, and feel free to reach out via our contact form for more info.

We ship worldwide.

Items are expected to ship an estimated 6-8 weeks months after the drop's ending date (this timeline can vary). As soon as the drop ends, we submit for production as all items are custom made to order (which is why our drops are usually pre-orders). We will send an e-mail notification once these have been produced and shipped. You can see an example of the process here.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please expect extended production and shipping times as carriers are overrun. For those ordering from outside of the US, shipping can take longer. Note: we are not responsible for any duty or custom fees incurred as a result of international shipping. Orders are not always guaranteed if there is a shortage in stock, in which case you will be fully credited or refunded.

Returns and exchanges

Since all items are bespoke and made to order, we can not accept refunds, returns or exchanges.

Licensing & Bands

Yes, we always get permission from our bands. In fact, we often work closely with them to make sure they're happy with the designs we've created for them before launching.

General Support

The best way is either via our contact form or at info@shiborithreads.com - we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and generally respond within 24 hours if contacted this way. We don't recommend asking order-related questions via socials as they can get lost in our DMs!

Machine wash cold with like colors or alone. Only use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry on low.

Note: all garments, whether tie dyed or not, will start to fade eventually. It's ultimately up to you to take care of your Shibori garment, and these are just some common steps you can take to prolong the lifespan of your item.

The blanks we use vary depending on availability. Due to the custom nature of the hoodie, we recommend you order one size up from your regular as the dye/wash process can cause some variation. We're unable to exchange or return hoodies due to sizing variation as the hoodies are made to order.
