Shipping Policy
Due to recent changes in tariffs implemented by the new administration, many retailers, including us, are experiencing increased stress across our logistics and supply chain. As a result, some orders may face unexpected delays.

Pre-orders ship once produced. In stock orders ship within 7-10 business days. With production and fulfillment being fully custom and done by hand, roughly 8-12 weeks is the norm to receive a tracking number for pre-ordered items (sometimes longer if the dye/garment is complex).
For those ordering from outside of the US, shipping can take longer. We are not responsible for any duty or custom fees incurred as a result of international shipping. Orders are not always guaranteed if there is a shortage in stock, in which case you will be fully credited or refunded.

Returns and exchanges
We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges, unless there are special circumstances, in which case you will incur a re-stocking fee. For any defects or damage, items are sold as-is and there is a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. We highly recommend purchasing shipping protection to ensure your package is covered. We are not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred as a result of ordering.
Note: Variance in the dye pattern or print does not constitute defects. This is to be expected due to the bespoke nature of our garments. We highly recommend purchasing package protection as this will cover shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Take note that the sizing chart in the item description may not be entirely accurate due to the wash and dye process. Order a size up if you are unsure of your size. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for garments that are ordered incorrectly.
